Terms and Conditions
1. 1. 1.Animals will not be treated without the prior authorisation of their Veterinary Surgeon.
2. 2. Whilst every care is taken of the animal undergoing treatment, it is done so entirely at their owner’s risk.
3. 3. All treatment courses, including insurance claims, must be paid for in advance. Individual sessions must be paid for on the day of treatment.
4. 4. Session fees will be charged in full if an appointment is broken or cancelled without 24 hours notice.
5. 5. Animals with infectious or contagious diseases cannot be treated.
6. 6. Bitches in season will not be able to attend appointments until their season has finished.
7. 7. The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre will require sight of the vaccination certificate prior to commencement of treatment. Unfortunately, dogs cannot be treated without up to date vaccinations.
8. 8. Owners are required to notify The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre if, during a course of treatment, the animal’s injury or condition worsens, or if the Veterinary Surgeon advises that treatment should be stopped or suspended.
9. 9. The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre reserves the right to refuse treatment to any animal.
10. 10. The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre reserves the right to use video footage or photographic stills taken during the course of treatment.
11. 11.The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre does not take any responsibility whatsoever for any accident/injury to the animal’s handler, whilst the animal is undergoing treatment.
12. 12. The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or personal possessions, howsoever occasioned, whilst on the business premises.
13. 13. Owners are requested to keep dogs on a lead, both inside and outside the Clinic, and under reasonable control at all times.
14. 14. Owners are requested out of courtesy to ensure that the animal is clean and dry before the commencement of each treatment session.
15. 15. Owners are requested not to feed their dogs for at least 2 hours before attending an appointment, and to ensure that the dog has emptied it’s bowels before arriving. If the treadmill is contaminated we will have to close for 24 hours whilst it is cleaned and refilled.
16. .16. Owners are requested to clean up after their dogs whilst on the premises and place in the bin provided.
17. 17. Children must be under adult supervision at all times, and are requested to stay within the precincts of the clinic.
18. 18. Owners are responsible for any charges made by their Veterinary Surgeon for the completion of the consent form required by The Chapel Canine Therapy Centre.
